Instructions
 

Step 1: Prep the Sauce

  • In a bowl, whisk peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, vinegar, lime juice, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes.
  • Slowly mix in coconut milk until smooth.

Step 2: Slow Cook the Chicken
