- 2 lbs frozen meatballs beef or turkey
- 1 cup pineapple chunks with juice
- ½ cup ketchup
- ½ cup rice vinegar
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water
- 1 small bell pepper chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon ginger powder
For Garnish:
- Chopped green onions & sesame seeds
Step 1: Prep the Sauce
In a bowl, whisk together pineapple juice, ketchup, vinegar, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic powder, and ginger powder.
Step 2: Assemble in Crockpot
Place frozen meatballs and chopped bell pepper into the slow cooker.
Pour the sauce over the meatballs, making sure everything is coated.
Step 3: Cook & Thicken
Cover and cook on LOW for 3-4 hours or HIGH for 2 hours.
Mix cornstarch and water, stir it in, and cook for 15 more minutes.
