  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet, sear ribs 3 minutes per side for texture.
  • Transfer ribs to crockpot.
  • Pour BBQ sauce and apple cider vinegar over ribs.
  • Cook on low for 6 hours until tender and saucy.
