- 1 can 28 oz fire-roasted diced tomatoes
- 1 can 15 oz black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can 15 oz corn, drained
- 1 small onion diced
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne optional, for a little fire
- Juice of 1 lime
