For the Casserole:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 cups potatoes thinly sliced

- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 can 10.5 oz cream of mushroom soup
- ½ cup beef broth
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup sour cream optional, for creaminess
- 2 tablespoons butter for richness, optional

Step 1: Prep the Beef
Heat a skillet over medium heat and brown the ground beef.
Add onions and garlic, cooking until softened.

Layer half the potatoes at the bottom.
