  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger minced
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes optional, for heat

For the Vegetables & Garnish:

  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • Sesame seeds for garnish
  • Steamed rice for serving

Instructions
 

Step 1: Prep the Sauce

  • Whisk together soy sauce, broth, brown sugar, cornstarch, sesame oil, rice vinegar, ginger, garlic, and black pepper in a bowl.

Step 2: Load the Crockpot

  • Place the sliced beef in the slow cooker.
  • Pour the sauce over the meat and stir to coat.
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 4 hours or HIGH for 2.5 hours.

Step 3: Add the Broccoli

  • Toss in the broccoli during the last 30 minutes.

Step 4: Serve & Enjoy
