- 4 chicken tenders or chicken breast strips
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Season chicken strips with salt and pepper.
In a shallow bowl, whisk eggs.
In another shallow bowl, combine almond flour, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
Dip chicken strips into egg, then coat with almond flour mixture.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Fry chicken tenders for about 6-7 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
