Ingredients
  

  • 4 chicken tenders or chicken breast strips
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Season chicken strips with salt and pepper.
  • In a shallow bowl, whisk eggs.
  • In another shallow bowl, combine almond flour, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  • Dip chicken strips into egg, then coat with almond flour mixture.
  • Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  • Fry chicken tenders for about 6-7 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
  • Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
