Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a small mixing bowl, combine cranberries and walnuts.
  • Add maple syrup, olive oil, cinnamon, and salt. Toss well to coat.
  • Spread mixture onto a baking sheet in an even layer.
  • Bake for 5 minutes, then stir and bake for another 5 minutes.
  • Let it cool before enjoying the crunchy goodness.
