Additional Notes/ Tips:
- Apple choice: Granny Smith apples work best here. Tart apples provide a nice contrast to the sweetness.
- Cranberries: If you don’t have fresh cranberries, frozen will do—just thaw them first.
- Make ahead: This cheesecake can be made up to 2 days in advance, so it's perfect for holiday prep.
With the tartness of cranberries, the sweetness of apples, and the richness of cheesecake, this recipe turns basic dessert expectations on their head. You’ll be proud to serve (or devour) this one.
