Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • ¾ cup creamy peanut butter
  • ½ cup whole milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the pan: Line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper. Set aside.
  • Heat the base: In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, butter, and milk. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
  • Boil: Once boiling, reduce heat and continue cooking for 5 minutes without stirring.
  • Add peanut butter: Remove from heat and quickly stir in peanut butter, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
  • Pour and cool: Pour the mixture into the prepared dish. Smooth the top with a spatula.
  • Set: Let it cool at room temperature for 2 hours or until firm.
  • Cut and serve: Slice into squares. Enjoy!
