- Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
- Garlic minced – 2 cloves
- Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
- Brown sugar – 1 tsp
- Fresh dill – 1 tbsp chopped
- Black pepper – ½ tsp
- Salt – ½ tsp
Pat salmon fillets dry; place them in a shallow bowl.
Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar, dill, pepper, and salt.
Pour marinade over salmon; let rest for 10 minutes.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Oil grates lightly to avoid sticking.
Place salmon fillets skin-side down on grill. Cook for 6–7 minutes.
Flip gently with tongs; grill another 6–7 minutes until flaky and tender.
Remove, rest for 2 minutes, then serve warm with lemon wedges.
