  • Bread slices – 2 whole grain preferred

  • Lemon juice – 1 tsp

  • Chili flakes – ¼ tsp
  • Salt – ½ tsp
  • Black pepper – ¼ tsp
  • Fresh cilantro or parsley – 1 tbsp chopped (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Toast bread slices until golden brown.
  • Scoop avocado into a bowl and mash with a fork.
  • Mix in lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread avocado mixture generously over toasted bread.
  • Sprinkle chili flakes and fresh herbs on top.
  • Serve immediately while warm and crisp.
