Ingredients

  • Roll dough tightly, then cut into small bite-sized pieces.
  • Place bites on a lined baking sheet with slight spacing.
  • Bake until golden outside while keeping the inside soft and fluffy.
  • Cool slightly before serving for best texture and easy handling.

Notes

For softer bites, bake less time; for crispier edges, extend baking slightly. Chill dough briefly for easier slicing. Handle gently when warm. Add glaze, nuts, or raisins for variation. Store in airtight container up to three days or freeze for longer storage.
