Ingredients
  

  • Sweet potatoes – 4 medium about 2 lbs, peeled and cubed
  • Olive oil – 2 tbsp
  • Brown sugar – 3 tbsp
  • Cinnamon – 1 tsp
  • Salt – ½ tsp
  • Nutmeg – ¼ tsp optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Toss sweet potato cubes with olive oil, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, and nutmeg.
  • Spread evenly in a single layer.
  • Roast 30–35 minutes, stirring halfway, until tender and caramelized.
  • Serve warm and watch them disappear.
