- Lime juice – 3 tbsp
- Chili powder – 1 tsp
- Garlic minced – 2 cloves
- Smoked paprika – ½ tsp
- Salt – ½ tsp
- Black pepper – ½ tsp
- Fresh cilantro – 2 tbsp chopped
Pat vegan fish fillets dry with paper towels.
