Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz noodles udon, rice, or spaghetti
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 carrot julienned
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 –2 tsp red chili flakes adjust to taste
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 green onions sliced

Instructions
 

  • Cook noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium heat.
  • Sauté garlic and chili flakes for 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Add broccoli, bell pepper, and carrot; stir-fry 3–4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  • Stir in soy sauce and sesame oil.
  • Toss in cooked noodles until evenly coated.
  • Garnish with green onions; serve immediately.
