  • Red bell pepper – 1 thin strips
  • Carrots – ½ cup shredded
  • Olive oil – 1 tbsp
  • Garlic powder – ½ tsp
  • Lemon juice – 1 tbsp

Instructions
 

  • Heat skillet with olive oil.
  • Cook vegan chicken until golden.
  • Sprinkle garlic powder.
