  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup caramelized onions optional

Instructions
 

  • Prep the skillet: Heat a skillet over medium heat until hot.

  • Assemble the sandwich: Spread the mayo mixture on one side of each bread slice. Layer chicken, cheese, and caramelized onions between bread slices.
