Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts boneless & skinless
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce chopped
  • ½ cup Caesar dressing
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese shredded
  • ½ teaspoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard optional, for extra zing

  • Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing into thin strips.
  • Toss the lettuce with Caesar dressing, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard in a bowl.
  • Warm the tortillas slightly on a dry pan for extra flexibility.

Extra Tips for the Best Wraps

  • Use grilled or rotisserie chicken if you're short on time.
  • Add croutons for extra crunch (because carbs make everything better).
  • Swap tortillas for lettuce wraps if you're feeling extra "healthy."
  • Make it spicy by adding crushed red pepper or hot sauce.
  • Don’t overfill—unless you enjoy your wrap falling apart mid-bite.
Wrap it up, devour, and enjoy a meal that’s faster than takeout but way more satisfying!
