- 2 chicken breasts boneless & skinless
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon paprika
- 4 large tortillas
- 2 cups romaine lettuce chopped
- ½ cup Caesar dressing
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese shredded
- ½ teaspoon lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard optional, for extra zing
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Coat the chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika.
Cook the chicken for 5–6 minutes per side, or until golden brown and fully cooked.
Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing into thin strips.
Toss the lettuce with Caesar dressing, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard in a bowl.
Warm the tortillas slightly on a dry pan for extra flexibility.
Assemble the wraps: Layer chicken, dressed romaine, and parmesan cheese onto each tortilla.
Wrap tightly, tucking in the sides as you roll.
Slice in half and serve immediately (or wrap in foil for later).

Extra Tips for the Best Wraps
- Use grilled or rotisserie chicken if you're short on time.
- Add croutons for extra crunch (because carbs make everything better).
- Swap tortillas for lettuce wraps if you're feeling extra "healthy."
- Make it spicy by adding crushed red pepper or hot sauce.
- Don’t overfill—unless you enjoy your wrap falling apart mid-bite.
Wrap it up, devour, and enjoy a meal that’s faster than takeout but way more satisfying!
