Ingredients
  

  • Large tortillas – 4
  • Vegan chicken strips – 10 oz
  • Romaine lettuce – 3 cups chopped
  • Vegan Caesar dressing – ½ cup
  • Cherry tomatoes – 1 cup halved
  • Olive oil – 1 tsp
  • Salt – ½ tsp
  • Black pepper – ½ tsp
  • Nutritional yeast for “parmesan” effect – 2 tbsp

Instructions
 

  • Heat skillet with olive oil.
  • Cook vegan chicken strips until golden.
  • In a bowl, toss lettuce, tomatoes, and dressing.
  • Warm tortillas lightly.
  • Layer lettuce mixture, chicken, and nutritional yeast.
  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Fold wraps tightly.
  • Slice diagonally and serve immediately.
