Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup vegan chicken strips
  • 1/2 cup croutons
  • 1/4 cup vegan Parmesan
  • 3 tbsp vegan Caesar dressing
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Toast croutons in a skillet until golden and crispy.
  • Heat vegan chicken strips in a pan or oven until warm.
  • Toss chopped romaine with Caesar dressing and lemon juice.
  • Add vegan chicken, croutons, and vegan Parmesan; toss gently.
  • Season with salt and pepper; garnish with parsley if desired.
  • Serve immediately for maximum crunch and flavor.
