Ingredients
  

  • Vegan chicken strips – 10 oz
  • Tortilla wraps – 4 large
  • Hummus – ¾ cup
  • Olive oil – 1 tbsp
  • Red bell pepper – 1 sliced
  • Cucumber – ½ cup thin slices
  • Spinach – 1 cup
  • Carrots – ½ cup shredded
  • Garlic powder – ½ tsp
  • Paprika – ½ tsp
  • Lemon juice – 1 tbsp

Instructions
 

  • Heat skillet with olive oil.
  • Cook vegan chicken until lightly browned.
  • Sprinkle garlic powder and paprika.
  • Spread hummus evenly on tortillas.
  • Layer spinach, cucumber, peppers, and carrots.
  • Add seasoned vegan chicken.
  • Drizzle lemon juice.
  • Roll tortillas tightly.
  • Slice diagonally.
  • Serve fresh.
