- Vegan chicken strips – 10 oz
- Tortilla wraps – 4 large
- Hummus – ¾ cup
- Olive oil – 1 tbsp
- Red bell pepper – 1 sliced
- Cucumber – ½ cup thin slices
- Spinach – 1 cup
- Carrots – ½ cup shredded
- Garlic powder – ½ tsp
- Paprika – ½ tsp
- Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
Heat skillet with olive oil.
Cook vegan chicken until lightly browned.
Sprinkle garlic powder and paprika.
Spread hummus evenly on tortillas.
Layer spinach, cucumber, peppers, and carrots.
Add seasoned vegan chicken.
Drizzle lemon juice.
Roll tortillas tightly.
Slice diagonally.
Serve fresh.
