- Vegan chicken strips – 10 oz
- Avocado – 2 medium ripe
- Tortilla wraps – 4 large
- Romaine lettuce – 2 cups shredded
- Tomato – 1 cup diced
- Red onion – ½ cup thinly sliced
- Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
- Olive oil – 1 tsp
- Salt – ½ tsp
- Black pepper – ½ tsp
Heat skillet with olive oil.
Cook vegan chicken strips until golden.
Mash avocado with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Warm tortillas lightly.
Spread avocado mixture over each tortilla.
Add lettuce, tomato, onion, and grilled strips.
Fold wraps tightly.
