Ingredients

For the Chicken:

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts (sliced into strips)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

For the Alfredo Sauce:

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes optional but highly encouraged

For the Zucchini Noodles:

  • 3 medium zucchinis spiralized
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

Instructions

  • Season the Chicken: Sprinkle chicken with salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix well to coat evenly.
  • Cook the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 5–6 minutes, flipping once, until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  • Make the Alfredo Sauce: In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds. Add heavy cream, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  • Melt the Parmesan: Stir in Parmesan cheese and let it melt into the sauce. Simmer for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Prepare the Zoodles: Heat olive oil in a separate pan. Sauté zucchini noodles for 2 minutes, just until slightly tender.
  • Assemble the Dish: Add the cooked chicken to the Alfredo sauce. Toss in the zucchini noodles and coat everything well.
  • Serve & Enjoy: Plate immediately and pretend you don’t want a second serving.

Extra Tips for Maximum Flavor

  • Don’t overcook the zucchini. Mushy zoodles are a crime against food.
  • Go heavy on the cheese. More Parmesan = better life choices.
  • Use fresh garlic. Garlic powder is for emergencies, not Alfredo.
  • Add extra protein. Toss in shrimp or bacon for an upgrade.
  • Want more sauce? Double the Alfredo recipe. No one ever regrets extra sauce.
Now, grab a fork and enjoy a guilt-free, creamy indulgence. Or just eat it straight from the pan—we won’t judge.
