Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a frying pan, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned (5–7 minutes).
  • Add onion and garlic, sauté until softened (3 minutes).
  • Stir in oregano, salt, and pepper.
  • In a bowl, mix cream cheese and heavy cream until smooth.
  • Combine beef mixture with cream mixture and stir until fully combined.
  • Pour into a casserole dish and top with shredded cheddar.
  • Bake for 25–30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  • Serve hot, and enjoy!
