- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cream cheese
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 1 small onion diced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a frying pan, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned (5–7 minutes).
Add onion and garlic, sauté until softened (3 minutes).
Stir in oregano, salt, and pepper.
In a bowl, mix cream cheese and heavy cream until smooth.
Combine beef mixture with cream mixture and stir until fully combined.
Pour into a casserole dish and top with shredded cheddar.
Bake for 25–30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
