- 4 slices sourdough or whole-grain bread
- ½ cup vegan cheddar cheese shredded
- 4 strips vegan bacon cooked until crispy
- 1 tablespoon vegan butter
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard optional
- Pinch of black pepper
Heat skillet over medium heat.
Spread vegan butter on one side of each bread slice.
Place two slices buttered side down in the skillet.
Spread mustard on top (if using).
Add vegan cheddar evenly across each slice.
Layer vegan bacon over the cheese.
Top with remaining bread, buttered side facing up.
Grill for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and gooey.
Press lightly with spatula for crispy edges.
