chopped cashews

Pinch

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Line baking tray with parchment paper.
Add flour, baking powder, and salt into bowl.
Mix dry ingredients well.
Add butter and sugar, then mix until creamy.
Add egg and vanilla extract.
Stir in chopped cashews.
Scoop portions onto tray.
Bake for 10–12 minutes.
Cool before serving.
