Ingredients
  

  • 4 medium apples chopped
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
  • 1/4 cup toffee bits optional
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice to prevent browning

Instructions
 

  • Chop the apples into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large bowl.
  • Toss the chopped apples with lemon juice to prevent browning.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the caramel sauce and whipped cream (or Greek yogurt) until smooth.
  • Pour the caramel dressing over the apples and toss gently.
  • Sprinkle chopped nuts and toffee bits (if using) on top for added crunch.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate for 15 minutes to chill.
