Ingredients
  

  • Vegan catfish fillets soy or pea protein-based – 4 (about 6 oz each)
  • Olive oil – 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
  • Cajun seasoning – 2 tsp
  • Smoked paprika – ½ tsp
  • Garlic powder – ½ tsp
  • Onion powder – ½ tsp
  • Salt – ½ tsp
  • Black pepper – ½ tsp
  • Fresh parsley – 1 tbsp chopped

Instructions
 

  • Pat vegan catfish fillets dry with paper towels.
  • In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, Cajun seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Coat fillets evenly with spice mixture; let rest for 10 minutes.
  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat; lightly oil grates.
  • Place fillets on grill, cook 6–7 minutes per side until golden and lightly charred.
  • Brush with leftover marinade during the last minute for bold flavor.
  • Remove from grill, sprinkle parsley, and serve hot with lemon wedges.
