Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 cup cooked chicken shredded
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese optional
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs for topping
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook the macaroni according to package instructions, then drain.
  • In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
  • Stir in buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  • Add cooked chicken and mix well.
  • Combine the cooked pasta with the buffalo sauce mixture in a mixing bowl.
  • Fold in half the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
  • Transfer to a greased casserole dish and top with remaining cheese and panko breadcrumbs.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
