Ingredients
  

For Vegan Fish

  • Vegan fish fillets soy or pea protein-based – 4 (6 oz each)
  • Olive oil – 2 tbsp
  • Cajun seasoning – 2 tsp
  • Smoked paprika – ½ tsp
  • Garlic powder – ½ tsp
  • Onion powder – ½ tsp
  • Salt – ½ tsp
  • Black pepper – ½ tsp

For Assembly

  • Corn tortillas – 8 small
  • Shredded cabbage – 1 cup
  • Avocado – 1 large sliced
  • Fresh cilantro – 2 tbsp chopped
  • Lime wedges – 4

Instructions
 

  • Pat vegan fish fillets dry.
  • In a bowl, mix olive oil, Cajun seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Brush mixture over fillets; let rest 8 minutes.
  • Preheat grill to medium-high; oil grates lightly.
  • Grill fillets 6–7 minutes per side until smoky and charred.
  • Warm tortillas on skillet for 1–2 minutes.
  • Flake fish, then assemble tacos with cabbage, avocado, cilantro, and lime juice.
