Hearty beef pasta with rich tomato sauce and satisfying flavor

Ingredients
  

  • Ground beef lean: 500g
  • Pasta penne or spaghetti: 250g
  • Olive oil: 1 tablespoon
  • Onion chopped: 1 medium
  • Garlic minced: 3 cloves
  • Crushed tomatoes: 2 cups
  • Tomato paste: 2 tablespoons
  • Italian seasoning: 1 teaspoon
  • Salt: 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Parmesan cheese grated: 1/2 cup
  • Fresh basil optional: 1/4 cup

Instructions
 

  • Boil pasta in salted water according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet, sauté chopped onion and minced garlic until soft and fragrant.
  • Add 500g ground beef, cook thoroughly while breaking apart until browned and fully cooked.
  • Stir in crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, mixing evenly.
  • Simmer sauce for 15 minutes until thick and rich.
  • Combine cooked pasta with sauce, toss well, then top with parmesan and fresh basil before serving.
