- 2 cups cooked noodles
- ½ cup bell peppers sliced
- ¼ cup onions sliced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic minced
- ½ teaspoon ginger minced
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon oil
- 2 tablespoons spring onions chopped
Heat wok.
Add oil.
Add garlic.
Add ginger.
Sauté 20 seconds.
Add vegan beef.
Stir 2 minutes.
Add onions.
Add peppers.
Cook 2 minutes.
Add soy sauce.
Add chili sauce.
Add pepper.
Add salt.
Toss well.
Add noodles.
Mix thoroughly.
Cook 2 minutes.
Add spring onions.
Serve hot.
