  • 2 cups cooked noodles

  • 1 tablespoon chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic minced
  • ½ teaspoon ginger minced
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 2 tablespoons spring onions chopped

Instructions
 

  • Heat wok.
  • Add oil.
  • Add garlic.
  • Add ginger.
  • Sauté 20 seconds.
  • Add vegan beef.
  • Stir 2 minutes.
  • Add onions.
  • Add peppers.
  • Cook 2 minutes.
  • Add soy sauce.
  • Add chili sauce.
  • Add pepper.
  • Add salt.
  • Toss well.
  • Add noodles.
  • Mix thoroughly.
  • Cook 2 minutes.
  • Add spring onions.
  • Serve hot.
