Instructions
 

  • Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  • Season pork chops with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
  • Grill pork chops for 5-6 minutes per side until browned and cooked through (internal temp 145°F).
  • Baste pork chops with BBQ sauce during the last few minutes of grilling.
  • Remove chops from grill and let rest for 5 minutes.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with your favorite sides.
