- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce your favorite kind
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 cup cooked pulled pork optional
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs for topping
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook macaroni according to package instructions, then drain.
In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
Add BBQ sauce, sour cream, and garlic powder to the saucepan.
Stir well and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
Add cooked pasta to the sauce and mix until evenly coated.
Fold in shredded cheeses and cooked pulled pork (if using).
Transfer mixture to a greased casserole dish.
Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top and bake for 15-20 minutes until bubbly.
Let cool slightly before serving.
