Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce your favorite kind
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 cup cooked pulled pork optional
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs for topping

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook macaroni according to package instructions, then drain.
  • In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
  • Add BBQ sauce, sour cream, and garlic powder to the saucepan.
  • Stir well and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  • Add cooked pasta to the sauce and mix until evenly coated.
  • Fold in shredded cheeses and cooked pulled pork (if using).
  • Transfer mixture to a greased casserole dish.
  • Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top and bake for 15-20 minutes until bubbly.
  • Let cool slightly before serving.
