Ingredients
  

  • Whole wheat tortillas – 4 large
  • BBQ chicken breast – 2 about 12 oz, sliced
  • Romaine lettuce – 2 cups shredded
  • Red bell pepper – 1 medium sliced
  • Red onion – ½ medium thinly sliced
  • Avocado – 1 medium sliced
  • Vegan mayo or Greek yogurt – ½ cup
  • Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
  • Olive oil – 1 tsp
  • Salt – ½ tsp
  • Black pepper – ½ tsp

Instructions
 

  • Cook chicken 7 minutes per side until done, brush with BBQ sauce.
  • Slice chicken into thin strips.
  • Mix mayo, lemon juice, salt, and pepper for dressing.
  • Lay tortilla flat.
  • Add lettuce, bell pepper, onion, avocado.
  • Top with BBQ chicken strips.
  • Drizzle dressing.
  • Roll tortilla tightly.
  • Slice diagonally and serve.
