Ingredients
  

  • 3 ripe bananas mashed
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup plain yogurt or milk
  • ¾ cup chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
  • Mix dry ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Set aside.
  • Mix wet ingredients: In a separate large bowl, whisk together mashed bananas, melted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, egg, vanilla extract, and yogurt (or milk).
  • Combine: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined. Do not overmix.
  • Fold in chocolate chips.
  • Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 50–60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Cool: Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  • Slice and enjoy!
