For the Chicken:
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
For the Sweet Potato Fries:
- 2 large sweet potatoes cut into fries
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
Preheat the Oven: Set to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Season the Chicken: In a bowl, mix salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and oregano. Coat the chicken with olive oil and season well.
Prepare the Sweet Potato Fries: Toss the cut fries in olive oil, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder.
Arrange on the Baking Sheet: Spread the fries in a single layer. Place chicken breasts on another section of the tray.
Bake: Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping fries halfway, until golden and crisp. Ensure the chicken reaches 165°F (75°C) internally.
Rest & Serve: Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes, then plate it up with crispy fries.
