  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup walnuts or pecans chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract optional

Instructions
 

  • Dice the apples and toss them into a large bowl.
  • In a small bowl, mix the honey, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
  • Drizzle the dressing over the apples and stir gently to coat.
  • Add chopped walnuts or pecans for crunch.
  • Optional: drizzle with a little vanilla extract for extra flavor.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate for 15 minutes to chill.
