Ingredients
  

Coconut Base

  • 1 1/2 cups shredded coconut
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil melted
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Topping

  • 18 whole almonds
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips melted

Instructions
 

  • Mix shredded coconut, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla until sticky and well combined.
  • Scoop small portions and shape into compact bite-sized mounds.
  • Press one almond firmly on top of each piece.
  • Place bites on a tray and freeze until firm and easy to handle.
  • Dip or drizzle melted chocolate over each bite for full coating.
  • Chill again until chocolate sets and texture becomes firm.

Notes

For softer bites, reduce freezing time; for firmer texture, freeze longer. Keep mixture chilled during shaping for best handling. Add sea salt or dark chocolate for flavor variation. Store refrigerated up to one week or freeze for longer storage. Let sit briefly before serving.
