Mix vegan cottage cheese, tofu, and nutritional yeast in bowl.
Spread thin sauce layer into baking dish.
Layer noodles, cottage mixture, sauce, mozzarella repeatedly.
Bake 35 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Rest briefly before slicing.
