Ingredients
  

  • 14 oz plant-based beef chunks
  • 1 red bell pepper cubed
  • 1 zucchini sliced thick
  • 1 red onion cubed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Add plant-based beef chunks to a mixing bowl.
  • Mix with olive oil, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  • Thread beef chunks, bell pepper, zucchini, and onion onto skewers.
  • Heat grill pan over medium heat.
  • Cook skewers 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally.
  • Remove from heat and rest 2 minutes before serving.
