- 250 g vegan chicken-style breast pieces
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon nutritional yeast
- 1 teaspoon cornflour
- 2 tablespoons water
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Line baking tray with parchment paper.
Place vegan breast pieces in bowl.
Add olive oil.
Add garlic powder.
Add paprika.
Add pepper.
Add salt.
Add lemon juice.
Add nutritional yeast.
Mix pieces thoroughly.
Combine cornflour with water.
Add slurry to bowl.
Toss again gently.
Spread pieces on tray.
Bake twelve minutes.
Flip pieces carefully.
Bake ten minutes more.
Remove from oven.
Serve warm with greens.
