Ingredients
  

  • 250 g vegan chicken-style breast pieces
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon nutritional yeast
  • 1 teaspoon cornflour
  • 2 tablespoons water

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 200°C.
  • Line baking tray with parchment paper.
  • Place vegan breast pieces in bowl.
  • Add olive oil.
  • Add garlic powder.
  • Add paprika.
  • Add pepper.
  • Add salt.
  • Add lemon juice.
  • Add nutritional yeast.
  • Mix pieces thoroughly.
  • Combine cornflour with water.
  • Add slurry to bowl.
  • Toss again gently.
  • Spread pieces on tray.
  • Bake twelve minutes.
  • Flip pieces carefully.
  • Bake ten minutes more.
  • Remove from oven.
  • Serve warm with greens.
