Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup coconut oil melted
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 2 tbsp powdered erythritol or monk fruit

Instructions
 

  • Pour melted coconut oil into a mixing bowl.
  • Stir in shredded coconut and sweetener until evenly combined.
  • Spoon mixture into silicone molds or liners.
  • Freeze for 30 minutes or until solid.
  • Pop out and store in the fridge (if they last that long).
