Calories 150 kcal
- 1 cup full-fat coconut cream chilled overnight
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp powdered erythritol or preferred keto sweetener
Scoop chilled coconut cream into a mixing bowl. Don’t use the watery part, we’re not making soup.
Add cocoa powder and powdered erythritol.
Whip until light, fluffy, and mousse-like—about 3 minutes with an electric mixer.
Taste test (strictly for quality control).
Spoon into ramekins and chill for 5–10 minutes before serving.
Optional: Garnish with grated dark chocolate or a few keto chocolate chips if you're extra.

Store leftovers in the fridge, if you somehow manage not to eat them all immediately
