  • 1/2 cup keto-friendly sweetener like erythritol or monk fruit
  • 1/4 cup vegan butter or coconut oil

Instructions
 

  • Heat coconut cream and sweetener in a saucepan over medium heat.
  • Stir continuously until mixture thickens slightly, about 5 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and mix in vegan butter or coconut oil until smooth.
  • Pour into silicone molds or a lined dish.
  • Refrigerate for 1 hour until firm.
