Patty:
- 1 cup firm tofu crumbled
- 2 tablespoons oats
- 1 tablespoon chickpea flour
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- ½ teaspoon garlic paste
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon oil for cooking
Build the Burger:
- 1 burger bun
- 1 tablespoon vegan mayo
- 1 lettuce leaf
- 2 tomato slices
- 1 onion ring
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Add tofu, oats, chickpea flour, soy sauce, garlic paste, paprika, pepper, and salt to a bowl.
Mix well to form a patty.
Heat a skillet and add 1 teaspoon oil.
Cook patty 4 minutes on one side.
Flip and cook 4 minutes.
Toast the bun lightly.
Spread vegan mayo on the base.
Add lettuce, tomato, and onion.
Place patty on top.
Drizzle lemon juice.
