Ingredients
  

Patty:

  • 1 cup firm tofu crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons oats
  • 1 tablespoon chickpea flour
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • ½ teaspoon garlic paste
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon oil for cooking

Build the Burger:

  • 1 burger bun
  • 1 tablespoon vegan mayo
  • 1 lettuce leaf
  • 2 tomato slices
  • 1 onion ring
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Add tofu, oats, chickpea flour, soy sauce, garlic paste, paprika, pepper, and salt to a bowl.
  • Mix well to form a patty.
  • Heat a skillet and add 1 teaspoon oil.
  • Cook patty 4 minutes on one side.
  • Flip and cook 4 minutes.
  • Toast the bun lightly.
  • Spread vegan mayo on the base.
  • Add lettuce, tomato, and onion.
  • Place patty on top.
  • Drizzle lemon juice.
