Pasta
fettuccine: 250g
Chicken breast
sliced: 400g
Olive oil: 1 tablespoon
Garlic
minced: 3 cloves
Heavy cream: 1 cup
Parmesan cheese
grated: 1/2 cup
Milk: 1/2 cup
Salt: 1 teaspoon
Black pepper: 1/2 teaspoon
Spinach
optional: 1 cup
Instructions
Cook pasta in salted water according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a skillet, cook sliced chicken until fully done and lightly golden.
Remove chicken, then sauté minced garlic in the same skillet until fragrant.
Add heavy cream, milk, and parmesan cheese, stirring until smooth and slightly thickened.
Return chicken to skillet, mix well, then add cooked pasta and toss until coated.
Add spinach if using, cook briefly, then serve warm.
