Ingredients
  

  • Pasta fettuccine: 250g
  • Chicken breast sliced: 400g
  • Olive oil: 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic minced: 3 cloves
  • Heavy cream: 1 cup
  • Parmesan cheese grated: 1/2 cup
  • Milk: 1/2 cup
  • Salt: 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Spinach optional: 1 cup

Instructions
 

  • Cook pasta in salted water according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet, cook sliced chicken until fully done and lightly golden.
  • Remove chicken, then sauté minced garlic in the same skillet until fragrant.
  • Add heavy cream, milk, and parmesan cheese, stirring until smooth and slightly thickened.
  • Return chicken to skillet, mix well, then add cooked pasta and toss until coated.
  • Add spinach if using, cook briefly, then serve warm.
