Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
Heat olive oil in skillet over medium heat.
Sauté onion and garlic for 3 minutes.
Add vegan beef crumbles and cook 5 minutes.
Stir in marinara sauce, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
Spread thin sauce layer in baking dish.
Add noodles, ricotta, sauce mixture, mozzarella, repeating layers.
Sprinkle nutritional yeast on top.
Bake 35 minutes until golden.
Rest briefly before slicing.
