Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
  • Heat olive oil in skillet over medium heat.
  • Sauté onion and garlic for 3 minutes.
  • Add vegan beef crumbles and cook 5 minutes.
  • Stir in marinara sauce, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread thin sauce layer in baking dish.
  • Add noodles, ricotta, sauce mixture, mozzarella, repeating layers.

  • Bake 35 minutes until golden.
