Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz high-protein pasta
  • 12 oz plant-based turkey crumbles
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • ½ cup diced onion
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ cup nutritional yeast
  • 1 cup spinach leaves

Instructions
 

  • Bring water to boil in a large pot and cook 8 oz high-protein pasta according to package instructions.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add diced onion and cook 3 minutes.
  • Stir in garlic and cook 1 minute.
  • Add plant-based turkey crumbles and cook 5 minutes.
  • Pour in 2 cups marinara sauce and add basil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  • Simmer sauce for 7 minutes.
  • Stir spinach into sauce until wilted.
  • Drain pasta and combine with sauce mixture.
  • Sprinkle nutritional yeast before serving.
